Lazarus, come out……….

Lazarus, come out……….

A few weeks ago, I met a 10-year-old boy who was so different. Certain encounters with kids really touch my heart and gives boost. Church Sunday School classes were presenting their end of the year program for the congregation - telling about the life of Jesus. When it came to the part about Jesus' miracles, that little boy said, "Yes, Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead!" The teacher urged him to tell us more. He said, "Well, Jesus told them to open the tomb, and then He said, 'Lazarus, come out!' And it's a good thing that He didn't just say 'Come out!', because there would have been a stampede of dead guys raised." The simple faith of a child, they think different and the way implement is different. How do you think the children must have felt when Jesus said everyone should be like them? Amazing! Kids don't worry for tomorrow and they just lean on their father's bosom. I encourage everyone to surrender all your worries and needs in the hands of God and just lean on to His bosom (Matthew 18:1-5). At that time, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" He called a child, whom he put among them, and said, "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you can never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
